  • Communication Facilitation: To support effective communication between therapists and their clients.

  • Research and Analysis: Anonymized data may be used for research purposes, including analysis, publication of papers, and product effectiveness studies.

  • Therapist Access: The therapist who invited the client to the platform will have access to the client's dialogue with the AI. This access is essential for delivering comprehensive care.

We work with third-party technology partners (e.g., Azure Cloud, LLM providers) who may process this data. All partners are HIPAA compliant and adhere to strict data security protocols.

3. Data Processing as Processor or Sub-processor

 

ParenteAI may process data on behalf of institutions for the purpose of providing services, generating aggregated reports, and ensuring privacy and security compliance. Individual insights and personal data are not shared without explicit consent from the user or institution.
